Your ambitions, our expertise.

Intelligence, planning, conduct.

Our nine areas of expertise rest on a single method, inherited from military service: a culture of intelligence, planning and the conduct of operations.

  1. Intelligence

Intelligence means cutting through the fog of uncertainty and exercising judgement to give every piece of information its proper weight. We cross internal, open and human sources, corroborate findings and test the facts against what the ground shows. Each element is qualified by its level of confidence, to separate what is established, what is probable and what remains to be confirmed. Understanding the situation to better prepare the decision.

  2. Planning

Planning means building the options and preparing their execution. Identifying the courses of action, anticipating the contingencies, allocating the tasks, sequencing the actions and anticipating the tipping points. It means finding the right balance between the framework the action requires and the freedom of initiative left to each, on the principle of subsidiarity.

  3. Conduct

Conduct means staying engaged through execution, knowing that reality always ends up testing the plan. Holding the course under pressure, accounting for the human factor, adapting to the unforeseen and adjusting the manoeuvre without losing the objective: conduct means carrying the decision through to its completion.

Our deliverables answer four questions.

The ones a leadership team asks before committing the company, and after. Every deliverable is confidential, named and handed only to the leadership that commissioned it.

  1. Should we commit and invest?

A clear recommendation, delivered before your deadline: commit, walk away or set conditions. It fits on one page, at the head of the report.

  2. What are the risks and threats?

Their level, their causes and the weak signals. Every finding is sourced; what remains uncertain is stated as such.

  3. How do we move from decision to action?

A ranked action plan, proportionate to your means, and a partner who supports its execution through to completion.

  4. What to say, and to whom?

Talking points for your board, your shareholders and your teams and, where needed, for the press and the authorities.

Are you preparing an investment, a growth project, or an exposed decision?

A first direct conversation with a partner, with no commitment, to qualify the situation and determine whether Coreo is the right interlocutor.
