Frequently asked questions
What does risk governance cover?
The roles, committees and policy that let an organisation decide on its risks rather than suffer them: who owns the subject, before which body, under which policy and with which dashboards. Coreo structures or reorganises it, and brings it into compliance with the applicable frameworks.
What do project ownership and delivery support involve on a security project?
Project ownership support formalises the need: needs analysis, specification, bid analysis and selection of qualified providers. Project delivery support follows the build: deployment, acceptance, accreditation and handover to the teams. A site, access-control or video-protection project is run this way without a dedicated project team on the client side.
What does the client receive?
A gap report and a prioritised compliance roadmap, the policies, procedures and risk management dashboards, the project files (specification, bid analysis, acceptance reports) and, where the project requires it, the security accreditation file.
